I'd stick to 14. for jump_speed - it hurts less when you land and will still get you onto most things.
Every time I visit Yanov Station I feel like I've forgotten something. Every time I come here I remember what it was. I'll get the screenshot of where that level-changer is yet.
I think Smrtphoneusr must be around my age - I'm making a list of where his added-in stashes are because I can't remember them all, and he can't remember where he put them. My memory is perfect, as always. Sadly my recall is foggy, intermittent and misfiring like a 90% dead IL86.

I'd stick to 14. for jump_speed - it hurts less when you land and will still get you onto most things. For the first 2 small 1 story jumps, yeah, plenty enough. The third, though, jump_speed = 20 is the minimum. That's why I open a session of CoP specifically to check certain things I refer to in posts. Hope you do manage to get those screenshots, Red. edit: fixed quote tags Jenifur Charne

There's places on maps in CoP, that if you can reach, will teleport you to another map. My first post in the thread documents the one in Zaton, on top of a building in the Ranger Station.
There's at least one in Yanov, apparently in the vicinity of the station.

Just hit the Pripyat level changer end of the train shed. Was coming back from a job in the Yanov area and decided to shortcut across the top of the shed to get to the station faster. *mutter grumble* Jenifur Charne

Just learned I was wrong about the level changer on the roof of the Zaton ranger station being mission status variable. There's more than one level changer zone on that roof. I'm going to have to examine things more carefully to properly map the roof.

CoP lacks secrets to be honest...Clears Sky had one nice secret right at the beginning. Nice hidden part...but CoP...nothing...crying shame

Well, there's a somewhat semi-secret area in Zaton that scared the shit out of me when I first came upon it.

The controller one.

I found that one. The game showed it as a emission shelter, the bastards didn't say anything about a controller being there too.

I wandered around the beginning until the mofoing blowout started. Ran into the shelter. Ran out 3 seconds ago. The pseudogiant bastard nearly got me.
