Ecologists

Government-funded scientists working in the Zone, the ecologist faction maintains a mobile scientific lab base in the marshes previously known as Yantar Lake. Having lost the support of the Army, the ecologists rely mainly on themselves and the occasional Duty or loner squad for protection. As a result, they have turned from seemingly innocuous eggheads to fully armed and equipped research force with far more advanced knowledge of the Zone as a whole than most other factions.
