At the center of the Zone, in the confines of this heavily reinforced structure lies the answer to all the secrets of the 1989 disaster, and the Zone that came about as a result. Very few stalkers have made it this far, and of the few that have been known to enter this building, none have been heard from again. Rumors tell of a 'Wish Granter' situated at the heart of the damaged Reactor 4 complex; a wondrous device capable of granting the innermost desires of those who have managed to come that far. The entire Nuclear Power Plant is controlled by the Monolith faction, the members of which will no doubt give their last breath to defend it.
