Pushing himself up, Rodent shouted at the bandit who was now walking back towards the cells, "Not if I get you first Scheiße-Kopf!". Brushing the dirt off of his jacket, he ran after the merc and the other bandits. "Hey wait up!" he said, and jogged up next to the mercenary, shaking the man's hand he said, "The name's Rodent, or at least that's what people call me."
Rodent took a moment to consider his options, he couldn't stay in the Dark Valley, he would be kill by Bandits or mutants. So he made up his mind to go with the Merc and his companions, "You said you had a job, mind if I tag along?"

The mercenary took a moment to size the loner up once more. "The name's Leon," he said after a pause "I can understand why you don't want to stick around, and we'd love to have you. But look, the places we're going, and the man we're going after are hella dangerous buddy. You sure about this?"
After a nod of confirmation from the loner, Leon turned. "Alright then," he addressed the group "our first objective will be to enter Rostok and find out where Lutiy's group headed. But to do that, we'll have to get past Duty's barricades." he paused for a moment, deep in thought "we'll need better weapons and stalker suits for disguise. The only local stalker camp I know is located in the abandoned pig farms by the gate to the Cordon. But the stalkers there are little better than the bandits themselves. I've heard they rip off stalkers with promises of advanced weaponry for a living." he looked around, noting the equipment the men in the group carried.
"We'll need five or so direct headshots," he reasoned "so we can get the suits in good condition without getting too much blood on them. With the weaponry and marksmen we have, it'll be rather difficult." he concluded "But we'll have to try nevertheless. I reckon I can pot on one or two of the loners, which gives us around five or six more tries to get three more headshots and not die in the process. We'll see what the deal is over there, and come up with a more specific plan." the mercenary set out at a brisk walk down the road south, heading in the direction of the Cordon. He picked up a stray Fireball artifact rolling down the road by the gas station, a pleasant surprise. [CHECK]

Turning to Leon, Rodent said, "Why bother attacking them directly? I think we should wait until nightfall. Once it's dark, we can wait for most of them to fall asleep, and get them then." Pulling out his new silenced pistol, Rodent loaded the weapon, "We can just wait to see how many guards they put on watch, kill them as quietly as possible, then get the rest of them while they're sleeping." Holstering his pistol, he drew his knife and tested its edge on a hunk of slightly stale bread.
"Nothing too terrible lives around here," He said through mouth fulls of bread, "Besides a snork or two over by the factory. So we should be able to move around in the dark without fear of being pounced on by something nasty." Washing down the bread with a gulp of Vodka, he said "God I've been starving, you bandits aren't too good about keeping your prisoners well fed." gesturing towards the other four members of their group.
EDIT: FUCKING TERRIBLE TYPOS.

Rusty looked at the group they had, the two strange men had followed them, as had the loner who got them kicked out of the base. Laughing as the crazed stalker walked towards them rambling to himself or them he couldn't tell. Rusty noted they carried virtually no gear. He shrugged his own pack making it comfortable. Neither of his weapons were really much use for long range combat. Drawing the pistol he'd found, he looked it over. Despite the scratches it was in good working order.
"So we're gonna hit those bastard at the pig farm are we? Those pricks ripped me off when I first got here." Rusty asked, smiling slightly thinking of getting revenge on them, and getting away from the usual grind of barricade duty. taking a bottle of water from his bag he took several gulps, screwing the lid back on he put it back before looking back at the loner, "How did you end up in the cell? I didn't even know we had a prisoner."

"You're right," Leon replied to Rodent. The mousy man's plan was surprisingly sound, and could even involve minimal casualties if they were only to kill the guards and knock out the rest of the stalkers at their camp.
The mercenary looked at the sky. The sun was setting into the horizon, fiery red rays bathing the brick building behind them in a blazing, last-minute light. "It should be completely dark by the time we reach the farm. I suspect the loners will have no more than two stalkers on guard." he recalled the layout of the building "there's a side entrance into the pigsty. You and these two drunkards-" he pointed to the two rambling bandits walking alongside the group "- are going to distract the loners on watch while the two of us-" he pointed at himself and Rodent "go in through the side and hit the guards from the back. From there, we should have no problem incapacitating the rest of the sleeping stalkers and getting their gear."
Leon looked around as he walked, waiting for the rest of the hit squad members to have their say. The sun finally set as the farm came into view ahead of them. "Any final words of wisdom before we begin?" the mercenary inquired, tilting his head slightly as he passed his gaze over the three bandits and loner.

"I don't have much to say, good sir", said Duke, tossing his battered cigarette away and putting another one in his mouth, lighting it with a crappy Zippo he had stored in his deep coat pocket, "what are we doing already?"
"-Distracting those sentries", said Dodge, who had popped a piece of chewing gum into his mouth.
"-Oh yes, yes, yes...sentry distraction. Hmmm...aha! You there, watsyourname!"
"-Dodge, you fucker", said Dodge stiffly. He was used to Duke forgetting his name on a regular basis.
"-Yeah, Dodge, my attorney, of course. You and that loner will stay in the darkness outside the camp while I lure the fuckers out with promises of great riches and wenches. Well, maybe not wenches, just riches...but don't wenches follow riches? BAH, I'm getting side-tracked again. Time to go get 'em."
Duke headed off to the camp, the flickering red light coming off the tall form of the old silo indicating that a camp fire was burning in the yard. Dodge and Rodent hid behind a large fallen tree a few meters outside the camp. As the bandit stepped through a gap in the brick wall running around the farm, the sentries pointed their guns at him.
"-Okay, mate, put that gun of yours away and don't try to do any funny business."
Duke, still chewing on his cigarette, put on a friendly, winning smile and addressed the sentries in a confident, but business like tone.
"-Ah! Comrades! I'm glad to see you. I have a most interesting business proposition to make..."
The two sentries, although suspicious of Duke, were human, and like all humans, greed burned in their souls. Duke saw slight changes in their posture and facial expressions: they were curious, maybe even interested.
"-Okay, bandit, what is this proposition of yours?"
"-Gentlemen", said Duke, taking two cigarettes out and handing them to the stalkers (feeling a pang of pain at losing his precious tobacco and nicotine supply), "my attorney and I recently came upon a rare, and very valuable artifact."
The two sentries were happily smoking and listening to Duke's bullshit story. He had mollified them enough to get their attention and lower their guard.
"We found that artifact, and with our sweat and blood, got it. Trouble is, me and my attorney are up to our balls in debt, and our debtors are too many and too savage for us to wait a little longer before selling the artifact, and we can't go to the Bar to sell it either, since we're bandits! We can't sell it off at our own base either, as we were kicked out by our fat fucker of a boss. We would like to sell that artifact to you gentlemen, for a nice, but not very large, sum of money."
The sentries looked at each other for a moment before looking at Duke again.
"-Yeah, we're interested. Where's the artifact?"
"-It's outside this camp, with my trusty attorney. We were not too sure about bringing that artifact straight to you, since we wanted to be sure about your honesty. You have proved to be good, honest folk, and if you are willing to follow me, you will soon find yourself in possession of a beautiful, rare artifact."
Duke got up, and smiled inwardly as the two sentries got up too. He lead them away from the camp and into the darkness of the night, leading them towards the collapsed tree where Rodent and Dodge were waiting in ambush. As they arrived at the old tree, Duke stopped and spread his arms out, declaring in a grand voice: "Voilà!"
OoC: all right Zeno, clobber 'em good.

Leaping out from behind the tree, Rodent grabbed one of the men by his legs, knocking him over. Siting on the startled sentry's chest, he put a hand over the man's mouth and struck him in the forehead with the butt of his pistol, knocking him unconscious. Looking back over his shoulder, he saw that Dodge had already taken care of the other sentry. Dragging the unconscious loner over by the tree, Rodent said "Put that other sentry over here." Rifling through the loners possessions, he found a Slime, pocketing the artifact, he took the man's sidearm, a HiPower.
Standing back up, he pulled out his PDA, flashing it's light at his companions by the building three times. That was the signal that the guards were down, and they could take care of the rest. Quickly changing into the loner's Stalker Suit, he walked quietly over to the main entrance of the building, peeking around the corner to get a good look at the inside. Rodent swore under his breath, there were at least seven sleeping loners inside, far too many for Leon and the two bandits to take alone, and silently. Drawing his silenced pistol, he crept over to one of the sleeping loners. Waiting for his companions to get into position above their selected targets, Rodent raised his pistol above the man's head, ready to strike. Suddenly, the loner stirred, Rodent was frozen in place, still holding his gun over the man's head. The loner opened his eyes and looked directly at Rodent. Time seemed to slow down for Rodent, he could see the man's mouth moving to form a yell. Spinning his pistol around, he fired. The sound of the 9x18mm round drilling through the loner's skull seemed like a thunder clap to Rodent, but to his amazement, none of the other men woke up.
Wiping the sweat off of his forehead, he looked over towards the rest of his group, they were now all in position above their second set of men. Picking up the dead Loner's Ak-74/2, he took a good look around the inside of the building. A small metal box in one of the corners caught his attention.

Leon nodded to the rest of the group as they entered the room, picking their targets. The six remaining loners went to sleep as quickly as they awoke, knocked out by punches or kicks or simply strangulated until they submitted to oblivion.
"Good work, men!" the mercenary called to the rest of the group "now let's take all we need and leave before these disgraces decide to wake up." The mercenary quickly searched two bodies, donning a Sunrise suit, and pocketing two F1 grenades along with a Slug artifact. Leaving his PSS pistol, he grabbed a silenced Beretta along with an L85 carried by one of the stalkers. Finally, he left his SVT-40, switching it with a M3 Super 90 shotgun carried by the other loner.
Satisfied with this arrangement, the mercenary stood up, waiting for the others to finish their unsavory business. "We're leaving the Dark Valley in prompt order and heading for Rostok," he declared "if we remain any longer, I doubt the bandits will take to liking us any more than they already do."

Standing up, Rodent discarded his now worthless Skorpions, and made his way over to the strong box. It was an ordinary thing, a small metal box with a keyhole. Picking it up, he shook it, all he heard were slight rustles from inside the box. Taking a knife from one of the unconscious loners, Rodent placed the tip of the blade into the keyhole and struck the back of the knife with his fist, breaking the lock. Flipping open the lid, a wide grin spread across Rodent's face, the box was filled with cash. "You guys may want to come take a look at this!" He said, pulling the huge wad of cash out. Rodent stood up and started to count the bills, after a minute he said, "This comes out to a around 10,200 Rubles. It must be the money they get from ripping off other loners." Staring thoughtfully at the money, he said "So this is around 1700 rubles each!" Turning to face his group, he handed each person a wad of cash.
Walking back over to the Loner he had killed, Rodent fully searched the body. After discarding several worthless objects, Rodent found a few STANAG magazines, loaded with 5.56 NATO rounds. Now what could he be using those for? Their worthless for his AK. Digging further into the man's pack, he found a cloth wrapped bundle, pulling it out, he unwrapped it. Inside was a small Bullpup assault rifle, it looked as though it had just come out of the factory with little or no dings or scratches on it. Rodent didn't recognize it, so he looked for a manufacturer's mark somewhere on the gun. Just a little above and to the right of the receiver was a stamp, it identified the rifle as a Tavor-21. Grabbing up the magazines, Rodent loaded his new prize and walked back over to the rest of the group.

Rusty brushed his new suit it was slightly to big, but at least it wouldn't get him shot by any dutiers or loners, chucking his sawn off on the ground, Rusty grabbed Leon's old SVT-40, he instantly felt as though he had a proper gun, sling it on his back. Rodent handed him 1700 ru, "Thanks mate." he said, he'd already earned more than we normally got in a week.
"You know I could probably get a car going for our trip." He offered, there were several old rusting cars and with his tools kit he could probably get one running by combining the parts. He looked at the old cars laying about, dreaming of driving again, it had been so long. Dragging himself away from his thought waiting for their mercenary leader to give his next order.

"Ooooh, filthy lucre!", said Duke as he rifled through the 1700 rubles he had received. Dodge was similarly happy as he stuffed the notes into the pocket of his newly acquired Sunrise suit. "This Sunrise crap is pretty good", said Duke, looking at the suit he had donned, "I'm surprised we stuck to those shitty old coats for so long." "-We didn't have enough money", said Dodge. "-Hm, true." Duke searched through the bag of the stalker he had strangled, finding an AN-94 and several magazines with ammo. Dodge on the other hand found an L85. Finally geared up, the two bandits turned fake stalkers turned to their mercenary leader to await further orders. [limegreen]CHECK[/limegreen][continued in *this thread*]

Dark sat up when the message came in, he got up, packed his bag and left right away, as he walked he ran into a group of stalker who looked as though they had been mugged, they warned him of a group that had attacked them during the night and stolen their gear. Dark walked to the old farm, there were several Pm's laying on the ground, along with a newish looking sawnoff, picking up two pistols and the shotgun, he stuffed them in his bag, along with one bandit jacket he found before walking towards the border between the Dark Valley and Garbage, there was a dead bandit laying on the ground, he'd been beaten and shot in the leg, he'd obviously bled to death from his injuries, checking over the man, he found a PDA, it had 500ru on it and a stash location, somewhere in Rostok, in a pipe.
Putting the PDA in his pocket, continuing his search he also found a MP5 that needed some work, taking that also he stood up, Dark looked about quickly, finding a Stoneblood artifact, he set off to meet his companion somewhere in the Garbage.
(Found 2x Pm, 1x Sawnoff, 1x Bandit Jacket, 1x Stoneblood, 1x MP5, and 500ru)
