So, as I was looking through my CS install folder, I noticed a serious change in the file structuring. Mainly that I couldn't find the .db files. Where the devil are they and does the data unpacker that we use for SoC work for CS?

As far as I know, it doesn't do shite. There's a different data unpacker for CS (one that won't even tell you when it's started, or finished for that matter) and I think you can find it at gamecopyworld or filefront.

I dl'd a couple of mods (including some fixes from the great Ceano himself) and installed them. As I was going through and resetting all the armor and weapon values to SoC's, I was reminded that CS has a TOTALLY BS system for measuring armor defense. Is there a way to fix it so that it uses the SoC system, or am I fucked? Also, I noticed that after spending ohhh... 20min modifiying artifacts that switching them back to the SoC values (for the original artifacts) doesn't so shit! How does that even work? (or not work in this case)

I used a CS specific unpacker I dl from FileFront for unpacking the data in CS. stalker.filefront.com/file/Clear_Sky_Game_Database_Unpacker;93774Jenifur Charne
