Name: Scion
Age: 23
Faction Affinity: Loner
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 120lb
Hair Color: Blond
Eye Color: Blue
Piercings: N/A
Tattoos: "Nex est Lex" on the base of the back of his neck, "Hostes Captamus" on the inside of his right wrist, and "Mortui Vivus Docent" on the inside of his left wrist, all in a typewriter-esque script written in a 3pt font.
Scars: What appear to be the precursors to a set of bloodwings are evident on his back.
Mental Illness: Somatic delusion (circadian rhythm) creating faux Insomnia, Dissociation, Martyr complex.
Physical Description: Forever clad in his M36 Jacket with a "Stalker" patch on the left shoulder, his scarf up to the bridge of his nose regardless of outside concerns, and his stomach-length hair doing less for his stature than people cared to admit, his gait is considered in a hurried sense, and his sporadic jolts of movement intersperse with periods of near-physical catatonia, but his academic tone is never as emotive as his flailings appear to convey.
Back Story: Having grown up in a cosy suburb, Scion quickly got cold feet and began attempting to explore the world around him. His interactions with people made him find them alien to his logic, and so he filled his das with reading and free-running. This combination led him in two distinct directions. The freerunnning turned into urban exploration, and the reading turned to occult matters. The latter would take dominance as he fell in with a group of religious zealots after ending his education at sixteen. This ordeal ended with the scars around his ribs in place and his mind severly out of place, which balanced him out, in a sense. He decided that he'd died and that he was there to study the gateways between the worlds. His brain linked this to the zone, and his research only confirmed things to his own addled mind. He enters seeking to study the zone in its entirety, although where he expects to find this gateway may well be unknown even to himself.
NB: This isn't as extreme as it sounds, it's just a plot kernel to give a fun character to play with. When asked why he's here, he'll be researching, and he's not going to want to let on why. I just thought it'd be fun to play soemone who's kind of a secret quasi-religious zealot. Anywho, the proof's in the pudding.
