You can attach a scope to it, and it has up to 40 rounds. I guess there could be some issues using the nade launcher if it has a scope however.

Oh yeah, I forgot the 40 rounds thing since I modded the Groza's capacity in my own game.

Never used the scope with it. Incidentally, never used the nade launcher either.

Where the hell do you find ammo for the Groza anyway?

The Storm eats up 5.45...as for the regulars, do Trapper's hunting missions. Sleep for a few days. Pile up on stuff.

If you're gonna do it like that, make sure you're not on any timed missions (i.e. Beard's artifacts)

I like using an AS Val modded for accuracy, and a "March" USP compact modded for rate of fire. Depending on what I'm doing, I'd either wear a Sunrise suit or a Bulat suit.

I only used the VAL during my first playthrough (bought it off Sych without knowing better). Didn't like it an awful lot. Easier just to grab the Vintorez early in the game, do several sets of artifact runs, and do careful sniping after fully modifying it.
Didn't like the March too much either. Pistols are cool, but I stopped using them since you can fit any weapon in the slots.
Experimenting with a sniper rifle / auto shotgun only setup on master difficulty. SVD and automatic Protecta are working just fine in Jupiter, and ammo's always plentiful for both, but I find myself missing my G36 a lot. In any case, there's just no way to survive close-medium range firefights without sitting near an exit and waiting for the enemies to come through it one by one, since five rounds is enough to kill you even with fully upgraded Clear Sky battle armor. So long-range sniping and quick shotgun kills at close range are the only ways to go. F5/F9 is still prevalent, though.

I found Sterlok's Sig the other day, a very fine gun indeed.

Where the hell do you find ammo for the Groza anyway? I found about 240 rounds or so from stashes scattered around Pripyat, I think. I also took the chance to get them whenever possible from the quartermaster guy. Whenever I was running low, I'd just buy them, seeing how there's not that much use for rubles otherwise once you fully upgrade all your gear.

I used a bandit trenchcoat because I'm an idiot and enjoy punishing myself. As per norm I used a vintorez and the protectra throughout the game. I did eventually upgrade to bulat armour.
I NEVER go for assault mods. I've only ever bothered with buying sniper mods.

I used a bandit trenchcoat because I'm an idiot and enjoy punishing myself. Did it look good in the cutscenes at least? I'm considering modding it out to be the "Optimus Prime"-grade armor that it turned out to be for the bandits in CS.

Those bastards could eat a grenade launcher round to the face and live afterwards.
