Main RP Rules and Guidelines

Any decent and structured RP is bound to have rules, and this one is no exception.

To make this game as fair and engaging as possible, we're making it very, very well organized and set in terms what is and what is not allowed. So, without further ado, let me begin.

First of all, in order to access the actual RP grounds (the "Enter the Zone" board). One will need a profile approved by an RP mod. New players can begin as Loners, Bandits, or Mercenaries, and all start with a starting loadout the boundaries of which are specified here, along with 5000 rubles and a rookie jacket. Food, ammo, and medkits are unspecified, and thus, can be considered unlimited in this RP (although medkits are not to be used during fights).

All profiles should follow this template

In order to join factions (Duty, Freedom, etc...), a stalker will have to be approved by the leader of the said faction, and have to perform certain tasks. Then a ceremony in the faction's HQ will be held to honor the inception of the character into the faction.

Do not claim canon characters from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series to RP with (e.g. Strelok, Fang, Ghost, etc...)

All character deaths should be consentual.

And lastly, folks, let's keep this serious and fair for everyone. Not to say that humor isn't allowed, but if you want to god-mode, or do some ridiculous BS like we did in the old ZSG, just go to the Zone Bar.

In the time since this was originally written I'd say we've all pushed the boundaries in one way or another, either way I'd like to make a little note and remind people participating in the RP.

The disbandment of character approving we had during our quiet time is now out, if you make a character please submit them in the unapproved character section and await further instructions for change or for the character to be approved.
