Looks like a very script-heavy linear FPS. Not that I particularly mind. We'll see whether this stands up to CoP with all of it's S.T.A.L.K.E.R.-related backing.
The graphics look impressive, and I'm looking forward to an actually enjoyable storyline in terms of gaming, since this is coming from Glukhovsky's works.

Actually, it'd be good to see a decent (DECENT) linear game for a change. The latest sandbox trend is driving me nuts.

Unless it's going to be like Cryostasis.

A? I actually liked Cryostasis (except for the shitty enemies)...

^^ agreed The environment was neat as hell, and the effects were really different . . . but the AI felt like I was playing Quake all over again Really looking forward to Metro, though . . . I'll defi be taking a break from CoP and MW to play that. Saw some DX11 screenies the other day, and they were simply breathtaking. In a sick way, I'm hoping the game and engine are as flexible and modifiable as X-Ray . . . t'would be SWEET!

Oooh, I'd like to play that game. Sadly, judging from the graphics it would lag like a paraplegic bitch on my comp.

Actually, it'd be good to see a decent (DECENT) linear game for a change. The latest sandbox trend is driving me nuts. I second that. The overwhelming tendency to sandbox everything is abusively annoying. The best games out there were all linear.

Duty would like to remind our fine, upstanding stalkers that piracy constitutes treason / Freedom. Please proceed to the nearest anomaly.

Or the nearest Freedom area. Dimi, are we going to keep our warezing (out)laws?

We're not specifically linking to torrents here, you know.
Actually, does the drama from discussing piracy reach further than your fist waving or does it stop there?
