200. Even in an airlock sealed bunker, leaves get blown around inside the bunker. This only occours whilst you are in the bunker.

201. No matter where you are in the zone, leaves will blow through. 202. Most NPCs will happily bleed, rather then patching them selves up with a bandage.

204. PDAs in The Zone run on an unknown; though very likely atomic; power source due to the extremely long amount of time that PDAs can remain operational without needing a recharge.
205. PDAs in The Zone cannot manage data transfers to/from the few operational desktop computers in The Zone.
206. PDAs in The Zone can have data transfered to/from them by the notebook computers in The Zone, but the PDAs are not able to initiate such data transfers.
edit: 207. PDAs in The Zone are completely impact proof, fire proof, waterproof, EMP proof, and chemical burn proof.

208. PDAs are nevertheless, able to hold and transfer huge sums of money between stalkers at will, assuming Marked One, Scar, and Degtyarev don't actually carry stacks of paper amounting to millions of rubles.
209. No smart enterpreneur has yet attempted to hack this, instead opting for spending their days in the Zone searching for meager loot.

210. as noted in point 83, PDAs enjoy great cellphone reception in The Zone. However there are no cellphone base stations anywhere in The Zone. And PDAs enjoy the great reception even in areas where the RFI should make any reception impossible.
